摘要
分析了催化剂捏和机导致轴承失效的密封结构形式,提出了设置物料缓冲区、开设卸料口以及使用动式迷宫式密封环的密封结构形式,实际的使用效果表明,该结构形式是有效的。
The style of sealing structure of catalyst kneader that lead to failure was analyzed. The style of buffer made with a calibration for the material and the labyrinth seal was presented. The style was proved to be effective by practical using.
