摘要
以正辛烷为模型化合物,在连续微型反应器装置上考察了负载金属Ni的HZSM-5、HFER、SAPO-11、Hβ和HY 一系列分子筛催化剂的异构化和芳构化性能。试验鲜果表明,Si/Al比不同而孔结构相同的Ni/HZSM-5具有相近的反应产物分布,液收和临氢异构化选择性随着Si/Al比的增大而增加;孔径越大,分子筛的异构化和芳构化选择性越高,Ni/HY催化剂的异构化和芳构化选择性分别为41.83%和3.4%。高Si/Al比的Ni/HZSM-5催化剂具有较高的反应活性和抗结焦能力,同时具有相对较好的异构化和芳构化性能。
The hydroisomerization and aromatization properties of a series of different zeolite catalysts, primary Ni/HZSM - 5, Ni/ HFER, Ni/SAPO-11, Ni/Hβand Ni/HY were compared in a micro-reactor by using of n-octane as probing molecular. Results show that Ni/HZSM - 5 zeolite with the same pore structures have the approximate product distribution, with the increase of Si/Al ratio, the liquid product yield and hydroisomerization selectivity have been improved. The large pore zeolite have more superior isomeric product selectivity than medium pore and small pore zeolite, the isomeric and aromatic selectivity of Ni/HY catalyst are 41. 83% and 3. 4% respectively. However, the Ni/ HZSM-5 catalyst with a higher Si/Al ratio has higher activity and excellent capability to retard the formation of coke, at the same time it has the optimum isomerization and aromatization performance.
