T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折62例疗效分析

62 Cases of Fracture of the Distal Radius Fixed with T-Plate

目的 探讨T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效。方法 对2000～2005年间62例桡骨远端骨折经掌或背侧入路T型钢板内固定，并总结操作方法。结果 随访12-24个月，优57例，良2例，差3例，优良率95％。结论掌侧入路T型钢板内固定治疗需手术的桡骨远端骨折疗效显著。

Objective To study and evaluate the clinical effect of inter- fixtion with T- plate for fractures d the distal radius. Method 62 cases fracture of the distal radius were fixed with T- plate from palm or dorsum in 2000- 2005 and summarized.Results The period follow- up was 12 - 24 months, the excellent- good rate reached 95 %. Conclusion T- plate inter- fixtion for the distal radius needed operation from palm is an effective and reliable operation.
