摘要
目的探讨事件相关电位P300对亚临床狼疮脑病的诊断价值。方法对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)累及中枢神经系统但尚未出现临床症状体征(即亚临床狼疮脑病)者行事件相关电位P300(P300)及脑脊液(CSF)检测,P300结果与健康对照组进行比较。结果SLE组P300潜伏期较对照组缩短、振幅较对照组增高(P<0.01);SLE组P300与CSF检测比较,P300检测的阳性率显著高于CSF检测(P<0.01)。结论P300可作为预测狼疮脑病一个无创、简便方法。
Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic value of subclinical Central Nervous System(CNS) involvement in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) by P300 component of event-related potentials(P300). Methods The P300 and Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) were determined in patients with SLE involved CNS without clinical symptoms and signs ,and compared with that of the normal group. Results The P300 latencies were significantly prolonged and amplitudes were higher in the subclinical CNS cases ,compared with the matched controls ( P 〈0.01 ). The positive module in detecting patients with subclinical CNS involvement in SLE by P300 were higher than by CSF( P 〈0.01)Conclusion As a prediction of subclinical CNS involvement in SLE,P300 excel CSF in nontrauma and convenience.
