摘要
介绍一个实用的气体传感器阵列测试系统的硬件和软件。该系统根据半导体气体传感器的特性,用多种波形产生电路给气体传感器加热,使该系统能够检测到一些通常方法检测不到的本质特性,为测试多传感器的性质提供了一个很好的工作平台。
The hardware and the software of a practical gas-sensor array testing is introduced. According to the characteristic of the semi-conductor gas-sensor, this system heats the gas-sensor array through multi-wave generating circuit, making＇it possible to detect some essential characteristics that the usual method can not do. The system has provided a good platform for testing the property of multi-sensor.
