摘要
采用系统动力方法研究了组织能力的演化过程.引入组织惯性、组织转型尝试和组织能力等概念,构建了组织能力演化的因果反馈关系,设计了相应的流图,表象和分析了这些因素之间的互相影响和变化规律.对模型进行模拟,得到:①当组织处于变动的环境中时,组织惯性将不断地衰减,但最后会趋向于某一固定水平;②组织变动的初期或间歇地组织变动对组织能力影响不大,而无间歇地组织变动将会严重降低组织能力的水平.
Using system dynamics models and methods, this paper analyzed the evolutionary process of organization capability and inertia. It identifies and specifies dynamic elements in the organization evolution, suggests a feedback representation of the organizational inertia and change, and gives the system analysis diagram of organization capability evolution. There are two conclusion. ① The organization inertia inclines to a point during the organization variation; ② The organization capability is damaged seriously during the persistent variation.
