摘要
矩阵变换器是一种交-交变换器,由于没有中间直流环节,输入侧和输出侧相互影响较大。文中讨论了利用输入电压瞬时值进行调制的双电压合成原理,并结合其特点,提出了通过调整开关顺序来提高换流可靠性的优化方法,利用M atlab/S im u link建立了相应的仿真模型,仿真结果验证了所提出方法的正确性。
Matrix converter is a direct AC-to-AC conversion device without an intermediate DC link circuit. So its input and output behavior interacts on each other greatly. In this paper,the two line voltage synthesis strategy which is based on the instantaneous input voltages is discussed. Considering the characteristics of two line voltage synthesis, an optimized commutation method is presented to increase the reliability of commutation by exchanging the switching sequence. The simulation model of matrix converter is built with Matlab/Simulink and simulation results have verified the correctness of the method presented in this paper.
