丙胺酰谷氨酰胺对肝移植患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨传统全胃肠外营养(TPN)及添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺(AlaGln)的TPN对肝移植后机体免疫功能的影响。方法:将24例肝移植患者随机分两组:不添加AlaGln的TPN组(传统组)、添加AlaGln的TPN组(二肽组)。术后第2d予以等热量(每千克体重104.6kJ)、等氮量(每千克体重0.16g)共7d。监测术后第2和9dIgG、IgA、IgM,CD3、CD4/CD8。结果:术后第9d与术后第2d比较:两组IgG、IgA、IgM,CD3、CD4/CD8平均值变化均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:肝移植后同时使用免疫抑制剂患者的机体免疫功能似乎不受静脉营养中是否添加AlaGln的影响。 Objective: To explore the effects of alanyl-glutamine dipeptide-supplemented TPN and traditional TPN on immunofunction after liver transplantation. Methods: 24 patients with liver transplantation were randomly divided into two groups : traditional TPN group- TPN without Ala-Gln, and dipeptide group-TPN with Ala-gln. Patients received isocaloric (104.6 kJ/kg · d^-1) and isonitrogenous (0. 16 g/kg · d^-1) TPN for seven days. IgG, IgA, IgM ,CD3, CD4/CD8 were monitored on the second and the nineth day after transplantation. Results: IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3, CIM/CD8 levels of the two groups did not change significantly on the ninth day as compared to those on the second clay ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Alanyl-glutamine dipeptide-supplemented TPN seems not to change immunofunctions of patients after liver transplantation with immunosuppressant.
