摘要
内皮素1(ET1)具有强烈的血管收缩作用,并能促进平滑肌增生。ET1具有两种受体:ETAR和ETBR。肺动脉高压是一种以肺血管阻力进行性增加为特征的疾病。内皮素系统功能失调在肺动脉高压的发生发展中具有重要作用,拮抗ET1系统可治疗肺动脉高压。
Endothelin-1 (ET-1) was characterized as a powerful vasoconstrictor and mitogen for smooth muscle. ET-1 binds to two types of receptors: ETA-R and ETB-R. Pulmoriary arterial hypertension (PH) is a severe condition characterized by a progressive increase in pulmonary vascular resistance. The Endothelial dysfunction plays an important role in the development of pulmonary arterial hypertension.PH can be treated by antagonism of ET-1.
