摘要
卡普兰的战略地图模型可用于结构固定的企业组织能力分析,为接近现实,必须使战略地图的结构具有开放性,本文解析了使战略地图对环境开放的三类重要的权变因素及其结构影响机制。应用权变模型提出了企业动态能力的分析逻辑和基本判据。
The strategy map model introduced by Kaplan can be used in the analysis about enterprise capability under conditions of enterprise bounder fixing. To make condition more truth the structure of strategy map must be opining. The paper study three important contingent factors that make strategy map opining and their impact mechanism. The analysis logic and estimating basis are provided according the contingent model.
