摘要 目的:对光叶桑(Morus macroura)中的Diels-Alder型加合物进行研究。方法:硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Rp C-18、Rp C-8色谱柱分离纯化,理化性质、光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:鉴定8个Diels-Alder型加合物,分别为albafuranC(1)、kuwanon P(2)、kuwanon Y(3)、kuwanon X(4)、mulberrofuran j(5)、mulberrofuran C(6)、kuwanon J(7)和sorocein A(8)。结论:化合物1~8为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物8为首次从桑属植物中发现。 Aim: To conduct detailed investigation of the Diels-Alder type adducts of Morus macroura Miq.. Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20, Rp C-18, Rp C-8 and silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results:Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: albafuran C (1), kuwanon P (2), kuwanon Y (3), kuwanon X (4), mulberrofuran J (5), mulberrofuran C (6), kuwanon J (7) and sorocein A (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~8 were obtained from this plant and compound 8 was isolated from Morus both for the first time.
