摘要
为进一步研究电弧超声焊接工艺的工作机理,提高其工作稳定性,研制开发了一套电弧超声焊接过程电、声信号检测分析系统。该系统硬件主要由传感器、采集卡和计算机组成,用以记录焊接过程中的电、声信号。同时,使用VisualC++6.0以及NI公司的MeasurementStudio6.0编制的信号分析系统,可对采集信号做瞬时和统计分析,以提取有价值的信息,为进一步研究电弧超声焊接工作机理提供依据。
To study the principle of are-ultrasonic welding and improve its working stability,a signal acquisition & analysis system was created,which can gather electrical and acoustic signals.The system consists of sensors,acquisition card ,and computer,and the analysis software,which is programmed by Visual C++ 6.0 with the Measurement Studio 6.0(NI) can carry out instantaneous and statistic analysis.The System is used to provide experimental data for the research of Aw Ultrasonic Welding.
