摘要 “大间距采矿技术与采掘设备的配套应用”是“十.五”国家科技攻关计划“大间距集中化无底柱采矿新工艺研究”课题的主要研究内容之一。回顾了梅山铁矿大结构参数及其采掘设备的应用情况,分析了梅山无底柱采矿技术的发展历程,提出了矿山主体采掘设备配套过程中需要考虑的主要因素,介绍了梅山15 m×20 m大间距采矿参数条件下采准掘进、采矿凿岩、回采出矿工艺中设备的应用,指出了大结构参数与大型采掘设备相配套是矿山采矿技术的发展方向。 "Large-spaced mining technology and digging equipment's mated applications" is one of the main contents of the subject "Research on new, large-spaced, centralized and non-pillar mining technology", a tenth five -year national key scientific and technological project. The company' s large structural parameters and digging equipment applications are reviewed. The development course of non-pillar mining technology at Meishan is analyzed. The main factors that need further consideration in the course of digging equipment mating for the digging of the mine are put forth. The application of the equipment for accurate driving, drilling, backstoping under the condition of 15 m × 20 m large-spaced mining has been introduced. It has been also pointed out that combination of large-scale mining equipment with large structural parameters will be the development trend for mining technology.
