摘要
介绍了新的轻压下控制模型现场热试情况,对试验钢种SPHC在新控制模型的板坯质量进行了多角度的对比研究分析。研究表明在各种条件下,热试钢种的中心偏析等缺陷得到了很好的控制,达到了较好的整体质量水平。新轻压下模型控制生产的板坯质量水平达到了原控制模型的质量水平,避免了原模型在投产调试初期经常出现的中间裂纹和窄边鼓肚情况。在温度等其他操作条件基本相同的情况下,非稳态条件和成分中的硫是影响铸坯内部质量的重要因素。
Hot commissioning of the new slab dynamic soft reduction control model technology is introduced. With a new model, slab quality of SPHC is analyzed and compared. The central segregation of the slab sample is reduced and well controlled. With new technology, the whole quality of the slab is as good as that with the original model. Cracks in the middle and bulge on the narrow edge, which are common in hot commissioning period, are avoided. The unsteady casting and sulfur in slab's chemical composition are two important influential factors when the temperature and other operation conditions are the same.
