铁水运输中受铁过程信息采集系统的设计和开发

摘要 随着宝钢分公司四高炉的投产,铁水供应量增加,使得铁路线上混铁车的运输更加繁忙。采集出铁过程信息是提高冶炼区域铁路运输效率、保证行车安全的重要环节。此外,当高炉产铁和炼钢用铁之间的动态平衡临时出现失衡状态时,生产管制中心需要及时调整铁水分配计划,并组织实施生产调整措施,因此,开发受铁过程信息采集系统显得非常重要。文章介绍了系统的设计思路和实施方法。作为多站式数据采集系统,集远距离、多通道和串行通信等特性于一体,为类似系统的设计与实现提供了借鉴。 With Baosteel Branch No. 4 blast furnace's going into operation, supply level of molten iron has been increased, which makes molten iron transportation with torpedo cars busier than ever. Collecting information on iron tapping process is an important link that can raise the railway transportation efficiency in the smelting zone, and guar- antee safety of transportation by torpedo car. Furthermore, when the dynamic balance between molten iron from blast furnaces and steel making plant' s need is broken, the production control center has to adjust its molten iron distribu- tion plan, and organize and implement new production adjustment. It seems more important to develop an iron tapping data collection system. Design ideas and implementation methods for the system are introduced. As a data collecting system with several work stations, it integrates characteristics of remote, multi-channel and serial communication into one, providing references for design and implementation of the similar systems.
