黏合晶状体前囊创口防治外伤性白内障的研究

摘要 目的 观察组织黏合剂对兔眼晶状体前囊创口的黏合作用。方法 A、B两组分别用两种氰丙烯酸酯黏合剂:A组25服用“眼用胶”,其主要成分为氰丙烯酸正辛酯及增韧剂;B组25眼用TH胶,其主要成分为氰丙烯酸正辛酯及显影剂。分别对兔眼晶状体创口进行黏合,观察黏合效果及其对眼组织的影响。每只免的另眼为对照眼,不用黏合剂进行黏合。结果 A组在制作前囊创口后未用黏合剂的25眼均有明显的皮质膨出,而用黏合剂的25眼则有2眼晶状体皮质膨出(X^2=42.59,P〈0.005)。B组中相应数字为23和2(70=39.28,P〈0.005)。在黏合剂用量为5~10μL时,眼部反应极其轻微。眼用胶和TH胶在眼内应用时两者的黏合效果和毒性反应无明显差别(u=1.89,P〉0.5),但眼用胶聚合后其表面更平滑。结论 晶状体囊创口可以被组织黏合剂黏合,这为品状体囊创口发生后防止形成外伤性白内障提供了基础。 Objective To evaluate the adhesive effect of cyanoacrylate for lens capsule wounds. Methods Two kinds of cyanoacrylate were used respectively to adhere lens capsule wounds,the adhesive effect and its influence to ocular tissue were observed. Results With no glue application, the lens contex swelled out in 2 - 5 days postoperatively; no contex swelled out in eyes with glue application ( P 〈 0.005). When 5 - 10 μL of cyanoacrylate had been used, the reaction of the eye was mild,There was no significant difference between EYE-glue and TH glue in their adhesion effect, but the surface of polymerized EYE-glue was more smooth, Conclusion Lens capsule wounds can be adhered with cyanoacrylate. This experiment provide a basis for prevention of cataract formation after eye trauma with lens capsule wounds.
