摘要 采用扫描电镜与电子探针对运行的12C r1M oV钢组织与合金元素的变化进行了研究。发现随运行时间增加,12C r1M oV钢晶粒产生了粗化,析出碳化物数量也随之增多;C r元素在碳化物中的析出程度较严重,在运行5×104h后可见在晶界的析出,随运行时间的增加析出程度更加明显,运行10×104h后可见在晶内析出;M o元素也有在晶界的析出,但并不明显,析出发生在运行10×104h后;V元素含量变化不明显,比较稳定;合金元素含量的变化主要发生在珠光体和碳化物中,铁素体组织中各种合金元素的含量基本保持不变。 Scanning Electricity Mirror and the Electron Probe Microanalysis are used to analyze the organization change and the alloying element distribution of 12Cr1MoV steel. As operation time increases, the crystal grain has the coarsening and the quantity of carbide precipitation also increases. The chromium element separated from carbide is very serious. After 5 ×10^4h operation, the chromium element separated from carbide is already obviously seen in crystal boundary. Moreover the degree of precipitation seems to be more obviously as time goes by and precipitation is seen in crystal,too. The molybdenum element also has precipitation in carbide, though not obviously. Precipitation occurs after operation 10×10^4h. The vanadium element is quite stable. The alloying element content change occurs mostly in pearlite and carbide. In ferrite organization, the content of each kind of alloying element maintains the same.
