摘要
在增殖培养基中添加0.25mg·L^-1-10mg·L^-1PP333能有效调控荸荠试管苗的形态发生能力,提高增殖系数,减少繁殖代数。培养壮苗后,一次性供试生根苗多,缩小了试管苗生长差异,提高了试管苗炼苗的成活率。
0.25 mg· L^-1 -1.0 mg · L^-1 of PP333 added into the proliferous medium could regulate the morphgenesis of the test - tube seedlings of Eleocharis tuvberosa, increase proliferous coefficient and decrease the frequency of sub - culture. The seedlings were strong and grew in step, so the survival rate was high after the seedlings were transplanted into the soil.
