目的总结和分析“重度颅脑外伤并发ARDS”的治疗方法和效果。方法采用机械通气．并辅以保护各脏器功能等综合方法治疗各阶段的ARDS。结果 ARDS早期阶段的死亡率明显低于晚期阶段。结论早期诊断和治疗是降低ARDS死亡率的关键,机械通气是有效的治疗方法。
