脑梗死患者血清钙镁含量变化及临床意义 被引量:7

Changes of calcium and magnesium of serum and clinical significance in patients with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的观察急性脑梗死患者血清钙(Ca2+)、镁(Mg2+)含量变化,探讨在脑梗死患者病理生理过程中的潜在作用与病情的关系。方法检测40例健康对照组和66例脑梗死惠者早期血清Mg2+、Ca2+含量,根据病情将病例组分为稳定型脑梗死组和进展型脑梗死组。结果脑梗死组与对照组比较血清Mg2+、Ca2+含量显著减少(P<0.01),Ca2+/Mg2+比率明显增加(P <0.01);而进展型脑梗死组与稳定型脑梗死组比较血清Mg2+含量显著减少(P<0.01),Ca2+/Mg2+比率显著增加(P<0.01); 而血清Ca2+无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死急性期血清Mg2+、Ca2+含量降低,且进展型脑梗死患者血清Mg2+下降明显, 提示Mg2+、Ca2+参与了脑梗死后脑损伤的病理生理过程,血清 Mg2+含量的变化可作为评估其病情进展的一项指标。 Objective To observe the changes of the levels of serum magnesium and calcium in the patients with acute cerebral infarction and to define potential roles. Methods Ca^2 + and Mg^2+ in serum levels of 66 early cerebral infarction patients and 40 healthy controls were measured . The patients were divided into two groups: stable cerebral infarction and progressive cerebral infarction .Results Compared with control group, Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ in serum levels were decreased ( P 〈 0.01) and Ca^2+/Mg^2+ were obvious increased ( P 〈 0.01) in the cerebral infarction patients. Mg^2 + in serum levels were signifieanthy decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) and Ca^2 +/Mg^2 + were signifieanthy increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) in the progressive infarction group compared with the stable cerebral infarction, but Ca^2 + in serum were not obvious change ( P 〉 0.05) . Conclusion It is suggested that Mg^2 + and Ca^2 + were participated in pathophysiology process. A progressive index of the patients was evaluated by Mg^2 + concentration changes in serum.
