皮质下动脉硬化性脑病136例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 136 subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy cases

目的探讨皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的临床特点、伴发疾病、CT表现及防治措施。方法对136例皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者中男118例(86．8％),60-70岁112例(82．4％), 伴高血压116例(85．3％),脑动脉硬化134例(98．5％),高血脂症94例(69．1％),腔隙性梗死127例(93．4％)。结论防治高血压、高血脂,预防动脉硬化是减少本病发生的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical following diseases, CT manifestation and preventing measures of subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy, Methods To review the clinical data of 136 subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy patients. Results There were 118 cases of male （86.8%）, 112 cases of 60 - 70 years old （82.4%）, 116 cases of accompanied hypertersion （85.3%）, 134 cases of brain atherosclerosis （95.8%）, 94 cases of hyperlipoproteinemia （69.1% ）, and 127 cases of lacunar infarction in the subcortical arteriosclrotic encephalopathy patients. （93.4%） Conclusion The key measure to decrease the tappenmg of subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy, is controling hypertension and hypedipoproteinemia
