42例动脉瘤夹闭的临床分析

The analysis of 42 cases surgery treament intracranial aneurysnis

目的总结手术夹闭动脉瘤的疗效,探讨对动脉痼病人手术及围手术期的系统整体治疗。方法回顾性分析42例动脉瘤病人的手术治疗情况。结果 42例动脉瘤手术治疗患者中,37例治愈出院,2例前交通动脉瘤病人遗留记忆力减退,1例前交通动脉瘤病人植物生存状态。2例死亡,1例为多发动脉瘤,一动脉瘤位于海绵窦段,1例为大脑后动脉瘤合并AVM。结论严格的围手术期和手术治疗动脉瘤可取得良好效果。

Objective To summarize the effieary of surgery treament intracranial aneurysms, and discuss the whole treament of the intracranial aneurysms in the time of the operation surround the operation. Methods 42 intracranial aneurysms surgery treatment results, were analysized retrospectively. Results In the 42 cases of intracranial aneurysms , 37 cases were cured ; 2 cases of anterior communicating intracranial aneurysms patient remained hypomnesia; one case of anterior communicating artery aneurysm was a vegetable human being; 2 cases died; one case was multiple aneurysms; one case was intraeavernous aneurysm of the ICA; one case was intracavernous aneurysm of the ICA; and one case was posterior cerebral artery aneurysm with AVM. Conclusion surgery treatment is a better method of intraeranial aneurysms.
