脑血管疾病偏瘫患者治疗前后的肺通气功能改变

The changes of pulmonary ventilation function before and after treatment in cerebrovascular disease patients with hemiplegia

目的了解脑血管疾病偏瘫患者治疗前后的肺通气功能变化。方法采用德国肺功能仪共检测96例脑血管疾病偏瘫患者的肺通气功能,对其中21例患者经治疗后偏瘫症状明显改善者复查肺通气功能。结果 21例患者治疗前后VC、FEV1、 PEF均有显著差异。结论脑血管疾病偏瘫患者偏瘫症状改善,肺通气障碍和呼吸肌无力也得到改善。

Objective To investigate the changes of pulmonary ventilation function before and after treatment in eerebrovascular disease patients with hemiplegia. Methods The pulmonary ventilation function of 96 cases of cerebrovascular disease patients accompanied with hemiplegia were measured by Germany Pulmonary Function Unit. 21 cases who showed significant improvement in hemiplegia after treatment were re - measured. Results There were significant changes in VC, FEVI and PEFbefore and after treatment in the 21 cases. Conclusion The pulmonary ventilation function could be improved accompanied with the improvement of hemiplegia in eerebrovascular disease patients.
