摘要
我们在z传LiNbO_3基片上设计、制作了M-Z(Mach-Zehnder)型电光调制器.理论和实验表明,它可以实现与偏振无关的调制.
In this paper a Mach-Zehnder electrooptic modulator fabricated on a z-propa- gation LiNbO_3 substrate is reported.It is found to be feasible for polarization- independent operation with optical damage immunity.
