摘要
以1,5-戊二醇,三溴化磷,氰化钾为原料,18-冠醚-6为催化剂合成1,7-庚二酸。通过正交实验给出第二步最佳合成条件:反应时间4 h,反应温度85°C,催化剂为6%(相对于1,5-戊二醇),1,7-庚二酸的收率为90%。
1,7-Pimelic acid is synthesized from 1,5-dihydroxypentdiol, phosphorus ( Ⅲ ) bromide and potassium cyanide with 1,4, 7, 10, 13, 16-hexaoxacyclooetadecane as catalyst. Optimum synthesis conditions of the second step are investigated by experiments utilizing an orthogonal design. The optimum conditions as follows: reaction time, 4 h; reaction temperature, 85 ℃; and catalyst 6% (based on 1,5-dihydroxypentane). The yield of 1,7-pimelic acid is 90%.
