单侧多功能外固定架的临床力学分析与应用

Application and Mechanical Analysis of Single Multifunction External Bone Fixing Support on teh Clinical

目的:通过单侧多功能外固定架的力学分析,探讨单侧多功能外固定架在临床上的合理应用。方法:对1994年至2004年10年间,以单侧多功能外固定治疗的200例长管状骨骨折病例进行分析。结果:200例中除了8例术后出现明显位移而改行其它固定术而愈合外,其余均在单侧多功能外固定架固定下复位愈合。结合临床200例病例从单侧多功能外固定架的固定力学、生物力学到具体操作进行探讨。结论:胫骨干骨折是单侧多功能外固定架固定的最佳适应症。

Objective：To study the reasonable application of the single multifunctional external bone fixing support （SMEBFS） on the clinical through mechanicl analysis of SMEBFS. Methods： Two hundred curerd patients with long bone fractures which were all fixed by SMEBFS from 1994 year to 2004 year were studied. Re- sults： In 200 patients cured, 192 patients＇s fractures got healed with anatomical or functional reductions;especially 136 patients with tibial fractures got healed with anatomical reductions in 142 tibial fracture ones. Discussion： To discuss the fixing mechanic, biological mechanic and practical operations of SMEBFS through 200 cases. Conclusion：The tibial fractures is the most reasonable indications of applying SMEBFS fixation.
