宫颈刮片对宫颈癌早期诊断的临床意义

Cervical smear has the Clinical Significance to the Inchoate Diagnosisof the Cervical Cancer

目的:分析宫颈刮片细胞学检查对宫颈癌早期诊断的重要意义。方法:应用细胞学与组织学方法对比观察。结果:细胞学检查可疑阳性82例,经组织学复查有21例证实为宫颈癌,占25.6%。81例经不同方法治疗后,宫颈刮片细胞学检查80例为阴性。结论:宫颈刮片细胞学检查是宫颈癌早期诊断的有效方法,对临床治疗有指导意义。

Objective：Analyze the important significance of the cytologic examination to the inchoate diagnosis of the cervical cancer. Methods： The application cytology and the histology method contrast observes. Resuits.82 cases are doubted positive by the cytologic examination, and after the histologic analysis 21 cases are the cervical cancer. Which are the 25.6 percent in the 82 cases, after treating to the 81 caases bythe different ways, 80 cases become negative in the cervical smear examination. Conclusions：Cervical smear cytologic examination is a useful way to the inchoate diagnosis of the cervical cancer and also has the directed siginificance to the dinical treatment.
