功能性构音障碍儿童构音特点分析及言语矫治 被引量:28

摘要 目的:探讨功能性构音障碍儿童错误构音的特点及言语矫治方案。方法:对52例功能性构音障碍儿童进行构音评价,分析错误构音的特点,针对性制定矫治方案并进行言语矫治。结果:52例儿童主要的构音错误方式为置换音,其次为省略音和/或扭曲音,其中声母的构音错误占绝大多数,主要为舌尖音、舌尖后音、舌尖前音及舌根音。经2周-7个月的言语矫治,45例全部纠正,7例部分纠正,治愈率86.5%。结论:置换音是儿童功能性构音障碍最主要的构音错误方式;言语矫治是治疗功能性构音障碍的有效措施,矫治效果与构音障碍严重程度及依从性有关。 Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of articulation errors and rehabilitation treatment methods in children with functional articulation disorders. Methods:Fifty-two children with functional articulation disorder were assessed and treated. The assessment of articulation was conducted according to the examination methods specified in China Rehabilitation Research center edition. Results: The main erroneous articulation pattern was substitution, followed by omission and/or distortion. The main wrong sounds were apical, blade:palatal, dental and velar, and "1" was the most common error sound. Forty-five out of 52 children were corrected completely and 7 were corrected partially. Conclusion: The main erroneous articulation pattern of functional articulation disorder in children is substitution. The curative effects were satisfactory and were related to the degree of misarticulation and children' compliance.
