老年骨质疏松性骨折的危险因素分析及护理措施

Analysis of Risk Factors in Senile Osteoporosis Fracture and Its Nursing Measures

目的:分析老年骨质疏松患者骨折的危险因素,并提出相应的护理措施。方法:150例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者按年龄段分为老年组68例(60-69岁)和高龄组82例(70-89岁),根据X光片结果确定骨折的部位,询问患者骨折时的状态及诱发因素。结果:骨折患者中女性占67.3%,男性占32.7%;骨折发生部位依次为股骨颈、椎体、前臂远端;跌倒是导致骨折的主要危险因素。结论:老年骨质疏松患者受轻微的外力撞击即可发生骨折,护理人员应针对老年骨质疏松性骨折的危险因素,采取有效的护理措施及健康教育,降低其骨折的发生率,提高生存质量。

Objective： To investigate the risk factors for fracture of the senile osteoporosis and the corresponding nursing measures. Methods： 150 senile osteoporosis patients were divided into 2 groups according to the age. The fracture spots were determined by X-ray results. The status of patients at fracture and inducing agent were inquired too. Resuits： The female and male fractures accounted for 67.33 % and 32.67 % respectively. The fracture spots were as follows in turn： femur neck, centrum, forearm far-end. Tumble was the primary risk factor that caused the senile osteoporosis fracture. Conclusion： The senile osteoporosis patients can be fractured by a slight external force. The nursing staff should aim at the risk factors in the senile osteoporosis patients, adopt effective nursing and health education, in order to reduce the fracture incidence and improve the quality of life.
