Application of wet-spurt technology in the process of tunnel construction

混凝土湿喷技术在隧道喷砼中推广使用多年,但目前仍有许多单位习惯采用干喷。文章以四川省达洲市黄家湾隧道进口湿喷混凝土为例,主要论述湿喷技术特点及工艺,并与干喷从质量控制、经济效益上作比较,使砼湿喷技术能得到进一步重视使用。

The wet-spurt technology of concrete has been generalized and used for many years in the process of spurting concrete in tunnel construction,but lots of companies used to adopt dry-spurt technology now.Taking the inlet wet-spurt concrete of Huangjiawan tunnel in Dazhou Sichuan Province as an example, this paper mainly dicusses the technical characteristics and craftwork of wet-spurt,compares wet-spurt with dry-spurt from the quality control and economic benefit in order to enable the wet-spurt technology to be further paid attention to using.
