摘要
知识经济时代,人已成为决定企业竞争能力的关键性资源,抢占人才和科技的制高点,就能把握经济发展的主动权。而薪酬管理在现代市场经济中则是各国企业人力资源管理的重要环节,对企业的竞争能力有巨大影响。文章通过对激励和薪酬理论的分析,提出了当前企业薪酬管理中存在的问题和解决措施。
At knowledge-based economic times,humans become the vital resources determining the competitiveness of enterprises.Those who boast the most talented employees and the most advanced technology can take the initiative in economic development.Additionally,management on salary,exerting a great influence on the competitiveness of enterprises,plays a key role in human power management of enterprises all over the world in modem market economy.Through the analysis of the motivation and salary theory,this paper points out the problems of salary management in current enterprises and puts forward their resolving measures.
