摘要
文章就环境污染纠纷的防范措施及调解处理的原则、程序等进行了探讨,并针对目前在调解处理环境污染纠纷中存在的一些问题提出了相应的解决对策。
The article discussed the principle , procedure and other aspect of prevention measure and treat-ment countermeasure of Environmental pollution dispute .The author also presented some countermeasure on how to solve Environmental pollution dispute at present.
