参麦注射液对胃癌中bFGF、PCNA基因表达的影响 被引量:30

摘要 目的:检测参麦对胃癌中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和核增殖抗原(PCNA)基因表达的影响,进一步探讨参麦抗肿瘤血管生成的机制。方法:利用RT-PCR方法检测3种参麦浓度处理后,胃癌细胞中bFGF和PCNA的mRNA的表达量。利用免疫组化方法观察,胃癌小鼠的肿瘤组织中bFGF和PCNA的蛋白表达量。结果:经过参麦处理后,肿瘤中bFGF和PCNA的mRNA及蛋白的表达量都呈下降趋势,140μL/mL参麦浓度,抑制63%的bFGF和PCNA。结论:参麦通过减少肿瘤中PCNA和bFGF基因的表达,抑制了肿瘤组织中的微血管密度,进而抑制了肿瘤的生长。 AIM: To investigate the effect cancer in mouse. METHODS: RT-PCR was cell cultured with Shenmai Injection in three of Shenmai Injection on the expression of bFGF and PCNA of gastric used to measure the expression of bFGF and PCNA in gastric cancer concentrations, immunohistochemistry used for protein synthesis in mouse gastric cancer model. RESULTS: 140μL/mL of Shenmai Injection concentration inhibited 63% of bFGF and PCNA gene expression. CONCLUSION: Shenmai Injection can inhibit the express of bFGF and PCNA.
