摘要
本文论述了《静电激振或细度仪》的工作原理．并着重对该仪器中位移传感器及主要部分电路工作原理进行了深入的分析，还讨论了对微细、超细纤维的测量。
his paper introduces the working principle of the 'electrostatic excitation type fiber fineness meter'.maked deep analysis to working principle of the photovoltaic displacement sensor and the brief circuit of the meter,and discussed the measurement to very delicate fiber.
