区域经济一体化推动了地方行政向区域行政的范式转型。从长三角当前发展状况的前提出发,借鉴西方区域治理模式,提出了多元复合架构中的区域行政管理体制的创新构想。在此基础上,进一步分析,实践过程中该区域行政体制的实现形式、特点、适用范围与条件。

The regional economic integration push the paradigm transformation from local administration to regionaladministration. A creative plan of plural and compound regional administrative model within the structure is lxoposed onthe basis of the reality of the Yangtze River Delta area with borrowing experience from foreign regional administtative model. Furthermore, this article analyzed the forms, characteristic, applicable range and conditions of the regional adminisationin lxactice.
