摘要
我国江河众多,河流堤防线长,电力输电线路不可避免地需要路经河流两岸或跨越河流。大多数河流堤防质量较差,设计洪水标准在20年以下,而500kV电力线路的防洪标准为100年一遇,因此水文专业在防洪设计时需要分析堤防在遭遇大洪水时是否会溃口,以及溃口后产生的溃口洪水对塔位所产生的冲刷影响。本文对目前国内溃堤洪水水流和冲刷坑分析计算方法作了较为全面的分析介绍。
