HMG/HCG治疗无排卵性不孕症12例

HMG/HCG TREATMENT OF NON-OVULATORY INFERTILITY IN 12 CASES

本文应用HMG／HCG治疗无排卵性不孕症12例，均为原发不孕、继发闭经3例，月经稀发7例；其中颅咽管瘤1例，PCOS3例，其它下丘脑、脑垂体功能紊乱8例。单用HMG／HCG6例，平均每周期用22支，与克罗米酚等联用6例，平均9．5支。结果总排卵率91．67％；妊娠率25％，单用组排卵率83．33％，妊娠率16．67％；联用组排卵率100％，妊娠率33．33％，提示联用的排卵率及妊娠率优于单用。

12 cases of Non-Ovulatory in fertility were treated by HMG/HCG from Iuly. 1989 to June, 1994. There were 3 of secondary amenorrhea and 7 of oligomenorrhea in these 12 cases. All of 12 cases are primary in fertility. The blood coneentration of FSH. LH was that 8 cases were at lowest of normal and 2 cases were lower than normal. 3 cases of LH/FSH were 3. 1,4. 6 and 6. 8. The blood concentration of E2 was less than 185 PMOL/L in 3 cases and 9 cases were at lowest of normal. of these, I was cran1opharyngivma.3 were polycystic ovary syndrome. 8 were functions disorder of adenohypophysis/hypothalamus. 6 cases were only treated by HMG/HCG and per cycle used 22 ampoule. Another 6 cases were treates by HMG/HCG with clomiphene or with bromocriptin and per cycle used 9. 5 ampoule. The total ovulation rate was 91.67％,pregnancy rate was 25%,At 6 cases which only used HMG/HCG that ovulation rate was 83. 33%, Plegnanacy rate was 16.67%, Another 6 cases's ovulation rate was 100%, Pregnancy rate was 33.33％, The result indicated that joint medication is better than only one kind of medication
