额部皱纹双层分离舒平术

EVENING OUT THE WRINKLY FOREHEAD WITH DOUBLE-LAYER SEPARATION

本术式的基本观点是一次性分层切除前额多余组织，其浅层为皮肤和部分脂肪层，深层为额肌及帽状腱膜层。不分离骨膜层，避开血管神经束，剪断皱眉肌及部分额肌、分别提紧，切除多余组织，分层缝合。术后可完全展平前额皱纹，尤其适合皱纹深，发际高患者。

The basic view of this operation is that to separate resection of unnecessary tissue of forehead only single time. The surface layer is skin and parts of fats. The deep layer is frontal muscle and cap-formed tenombrane lay-er. Without separating the periosteum la}e. and avoiding the bundle of nerve and blood vessels,cutting off corrugatorglabellac and parts of frontal muscle,fixing each other and resection of unnecessary tissue to suture each layer respec-tively. The forehead wrinkle was evened out after operation and it is adopted for the persons who have deep foreheadwrinkle and higher hair border.
