我国中小企业划分标准缺陷分析

Analysis of the Defects of China's SME Criteria

目前我国中小企业户数的占比为99%以上,它在促进国民经济发展等方面占据着举足轻重的地位。明确政府扶持政策的范围,界定中小企业划分的标准,是各国政府构建完善的中小企业支持体系的首要任务。对我国目前中小企业划分标准存在的缺陷及原因进行了分析,进而提出了相应的建议。

Currently, China＇s SME （ small and medium enterprises）, which account for 99% of the total enterprises, have playedmore and more important role in the growth of the national economy. To determine the range of the supporting policy, almost every government has made the SME criteria as their first task of establishing and bettering the system of the SME supporting system. In this article, the author tries to analyze the defects of our SME criteria, and then put tbrward some suggestions.
