教学质量关系到独立学院的生存与发展。在独立学院创办伊始,就必须树立科学的高等教育质量观,为区域经济建设服务,以学生就业为导向,以过程控制为重点,构建符合独立学院特色和发展需求的教学质量监控体系和长效机制。

An independent college＇s teaching quality is related to its existence and development. At the beginning of the estabishment of an independent college, all the staffs must set up scientific viewpoints on advanced education quality in order toserve the local economic development. They should take students＇ employment demand as their job direction, emphasize on theprocess control of learning and set up a good supervising and controlling system on teaching quality and long effective mechanism, which can match the college＇s special features and meet the demand of its development.
