摘要
临床护理教学是以培养护生过硬的业务技能、良好的职业素养为重点,全面提高护生的综合能力。带教老师作为临床护理教学的主要承担者,应当用负责的精神、科学的方法、规范化的管理,认真履行带教职能,才能培养出高水平、合格的护理人才。
The teaching in clinical nursing practice, hence the technical ability, the professional manners and the comprehensive ability. The clinical teacher should take the responsibility, have the scientifie method and the canonical management to raise qualified nurses.
