摘要 高校工程训练中心管理体制围绕组织的整体性、优势、综合功能发挥等原则进行设计。组织结构宜为直线制组织,并辅以发挥校内外利益相关者作用的顾问与咨询机构。高校工程训练中心运行机制建构的重要内涵:建立真实的工程(工业)环境,基于训练中心工作性质及其特点的绩效管理,以及建立与校内相关学院和社会利益相关者紧密联系与合作。 The engineering training center in universities and colleges is to be designed based on such principles as the unity, uniqueness, and functional display in organization. The organization should take a linear form, compounded with the consulting and advisory agencies acted upon by those in and out of the school whose interests are involved. The construction of the operational system of the engineering training center should meet the following requirements: creating a lively engineering (industrial) environment, setting up a performance managing system based on the operational nature and characteristics of the training center, and contacting and cooperating closely with those in and out of the school whose interests are involved.
