螺纹钢屈服强度与钢中元素的回归分析及应用 被引量:3

摘要 通过对HRB335(φ28mm)螺纹钢的屈服强度和化学成分统计分析,建立和检验了多元回归方程,确定了其屈服强度和化学成分的相关性,及含硅量是影响屈服强度的主要因素,同时利用回归方程调整钢材的化学成分(特别是含硅量)以控制屈服强度,效果较好。 Through analyzing the yield strengh and chemical composition, the relation between yield strengh and chemical composition was defined. The regression between above two factors was set and verified. Analysis and tests content of Si is showed that Si is the main factor to affect yield strengh. At the same time we can adjust the chemiscal composition of the steel (especially content of Si ) to control yield strengh, the results obtained is better,
