摘要
本文建立了大型液相吸附色谱分离过程数学模型,阐述了液固两相间质量传递机理,用液相色谱测量技术测定蔗糖和还原糖在三种国产吸附剂上的相平衡常数和总传质系数,对理论模型进行实验验证并对相平衡常数和动力学参数进行灵敏度分析.结果表明:吸附相平衡常数随温度升高而下降,吸附剂的选择性也随之下降;液固相间的总传质系数随温度的升高和流速的增加而增大;轴向扩散系数随流速的增大而增大:色谱分离理论流出曲线与实验流出曲线很好吻合多数灵敏度的分析表明,相平衡关系对色谱分离的影响有较高的灵敏度,是影响分离的主要因素。
The paper proposes the model of large-scale liquid adsorptionchroastogtaphy separation process. The mechanism of mass transfer between fluid andsolid is described. The phase equilibrium constants and lumped mass transfercoefficients of sugar and reducing sugars on three kinds of adsorbents made in Chinaate determined by chromatogtaphy measurement technique. The tesults show that (1) astemperature rises, adsorption phase equilibrium constants decrease, so do adsorptionselectivity coefficients; (2) liquid/solid interface lumped mass transfer coefficientsincrease as temperatute rise (3) axial dispersion coefficients increase with fluidvelocity incrcasing, and (4) the theotetical elution cutves of chromatography aregood agreement,with the expetimental elution curves. The tesult of parametersensitivity analysis shows that the elution curves of chromatography separation aremuch sensitive to the Phase equilibrium parameters than to the other mass transfercoefficients. These Phase equilibrium parameters are the main factors affecting thechromatographic separation.
