蛋白质氧化羰基化和枸杞多糖的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究枸杞多糖对老年大鼠肝组织蛋白质氧化羰基化的影响。方法:选用D-半乳糖致衰大鼠,随机分为两组:衰老模型组和枸杞多糖用药组,检测肝组织羰基化蛋白含量、M DA及G SH含量,观察枸杞多糖对老年大鼠上述指标的影响。结果:衰老模型组羰基化蛋白及M DA含量较高,G SH含量较低;而枸杞多糖用药组羰基化蛋白及M DA含量降低,G SH含量升高。结论:枸杞多糖通过降低蛋白质羰基化而发挥抗衰老作用。 Objective: To study the effects of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide on the oxidative carbonyl protein in the liver of senile rat. Methods: D-gal- induced- aging rats were used and were randomly divided into two groups: aging model group and Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide group. We measured the levels of oxidative carbonyl protein, MDA and GSH, and observed the effects of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide on the above-mentioned indice. Results: The oxidative carbonyl protein and MDA levels were higher, but the GSH level was lower in aging model group, and,however, the change of indices in the Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide group was on the contrary compared with the aging model group. Conclusion: Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide has the anti- oxidation ability by reducing the oxidative carbonyl protein.
