摘要
目的:研制加替沙星涂膜剂。方法:以壳聚糖、甘油为辅料,制备加替沙星涂膜剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果:含量测定平均回收率99.77%,RSD为0.22%,临床总有效率92.3%。结论:该涂膜剂处方工艺可行,质量稳定,适于临床应用。
Objective： To prepare gatifloxacin film agent. Method ： The chitosan and glycerine were used as the supplementary materials to prepare gatifloxacin film agent. The content was measured by UV -spectrophotometry. Result： The average recovery was 99. 77% ,with RSD of 0. 22%, and the total effective rate was 92. 3%. Conclusion： The prescriptive technique of the film agent was feasible,with stable quality, suitable for clinical application.
