摘要
主要是基于高校科技人才的特征出发,从人本原理的角度来分析与探讨对高校科技人才的管理。即以人为本,真正把高校科技人才确立在主人翁的位置上,尊重、了解、关心、发展并培养他们,确立高校科技人才的主体地位,激发他们的主动性和积极性,更好地完成他们肩负的重大使命。
Based on characteristics of scientific and technical talents, this Article herein conducts an analysis and discussion on the management of scientific and technical talents from the people - oriented perspective. People - oriented, refers to putting them to the position of the host, i.e. to respect, understand, care for and cultivate them and facilitate their development, and build them up on the principal status, motivate their initiative and enthusiasm, thus enabling them better fulfill their important mission.
