阐述了创新人才要具有开发型思维和敏锐的观察力等创新素质,指出了现阶段影响高校创新人才培养的主要因素:即传统观念和传统教学模式的影响,提出了创新人才培养的根本途径,即加强创新素质教育、课程设置和教育环节应紧紧围绕培养和提高学生创新能力进行等。

This paper describes that the creative should possess creative quality, such as developed mind and smart observation and soon. And point out the factors that affect the cultivations of the creative in universities at present： traditional conceptions and educational modes. At the same time, it puts forward principals ways for cultivating the creativcs：strengthen quality educations, courses setting and education tache should surround the students＂ creation closely.
