An Analysis on the Knowlege Transformation and Tacit Knowledge and Realization Condition

从知识和知识管理的的概念出发,分析了在技术创新过程中,企业显性知识和隐性知识的相互转换机理,提出了实现知识转换的条件,即采取有效的技术手段和激励机制,消除企业在技术创新过程中知识共享的障碍,从而达到提高企业技术创新效率的目的。

This article mainly discusses the transformation between Explicit Knowledge and Tacit Knowledge. With the concept of knowledge and knoeledge management the paper analizes the transformation between Explicit Knowledge and Tacit Knowledge in technical innovation process and also proposes the conditions of knowledge trandformation. Enterprises adop effective and incentive means to eliminate the barrier knowledge Sharing during the process of enterprise technology innovation, promoting the enterprise＇s technical innovation.
