摘要
应用不同型号生根粉,进行不同浓度、不同浸泡时间处理沙地柏插穗,试验结果表明:用质量分数为1.0×10-4的ABT7号生根粉溶液浸泡2 h,沙地柏扦插成活率达89%,而且可明显增加生根数量及根的伸长生长。
Cutting shoots of Sabina vulgaria with different concentration and soak time were treated with different types of rooting powder. Results showed that using No. 7 ABT rooting powder with concentration of 1.0 × 10^-4 to soak cuttings of Sabina vulgaria with 2 hours, the cuttage survival rate of Sabina vulgaria was 89%. And could significantly increase the rhizogenic quantitative and extending growth of root.
